Well it was not the best nights sleep I've ever had, but it was okay. Thank goodness for our silk sleepers though as was some hairs on bens bed so nice to have something to wrap up in!

Train was loud and bumpy but managed a few hours and got to Bangkok around 11am.

Then a quick taxi to the airport for our flight to chiang mai.

It was a very long journey in the end! 29 hours of travelling- don't know why we are quite as tired as we are- as we napped in the boat and the bus and the train and the plane!

Hostel is nice- biggest bed so far, bens feet don't go over the edge for the first time! Honesty bar downstairs and helpful with suggestions on where to go.

Had a stroll around and got our bearings.

We had street food tonight and was a record costing- 2 egg noodles with roast pork and soup for............ £1.20! And was lovely and not fried for a change. Also a really good banana and chocolate pancake for pudding, 25p!もっと詳しく
