DAY ONE.

Well, my guide/porter speaks English, so I’ll be practicing my English in my posts as well. 🤭 Finally, today my twelve day trekking adventure to Everest Base Camp is starting. I’m sooooo excited! 🤩

📍 Start: Lukla, 2860 m.ü.M
🏁 Destination: Phakding, 2610 m.ü.M

⏱️ Time to hike: 3 hours
🥾 Hiking level: Easy
🌞 Weather & temperature: Warm (wear a thermal shirt, sport leggings, and warmer trousers)
🤗 Feelings: Powerful, fit, excited

Evening:
We arrived at the first teahouse in Phakding, which is located at 2610 m. It’s cold inside, and everyone is sitting here in warm clothes, enjoying warm tea and delicious food.
