Para todo mal ... Mezcal

In Oaxaca we started our stay directly with a Mezcal Tastings that Franzi voted for and I'm glad I joined. Though I just don't like Schnaps pure, I enjoyed it a lot and love me some Mezcal Margaritas. We tried six different Mezcals, learned about the varies of Agavae and the process.
