Marakoopa Caves, Mayberry

We were up early today and checked out of the Cradle Mountain Highlander Cottages and drove an hour and a bit up the road to Marakoopa Caves, Mayberry. The road there was a very windy and hilly run, which really didn't go well for Millie... she was sick about 10 minutes from the Caves, but was so brave and waited until I was able to stop before being sick.
We eventually got to the Caves, which were forecast to be very cold inside. We rugged up and went in, with the guild giving us a rundown on the Caves, how they are formed and the amount of cave there are throughout the region. There are predicted to be over 5000 cave systems in Tasmania, 4 of which are actually outfitted for tourism, 2 of which were in the Mayberry region.
