Wellington to Napier

Spent a second day in Wellington then today up to Napier on the first day of our North Island leg.
North Island is more built up than the south. Very hilly but so far not the mountains of the south. Messed up and forgot to do the detour via Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateaturipukakapikimaungahoronukupokaiwhenuakitanatahu to photograph the sign. Oh well, next time. Having dinner at a place called 'The Gin Trap' but can't risk a gin this late in the day.Read more
