Canggu and Tanah Lot

Some surfing, swimming, beach and relaxing in the hippie town of Canggu - life could be worse!
At Canggu beach the three of us spend the day - Matthias surfed, vany tried as well and injured Sophie just enjoyed the water and sun. For a little break of sun and some vitamin C we went to a cute and stylish cafe for some Smoothie Bowl Lunch.
Soon it was already time to head to the Temple Tanah Lot for sunset. What a beautiful light - the temple is located right at the beach on an island. Perfect location!
After the sun was set, we headed back to Uluwatu. The drive took us 1.5 hours and the streets of Bali were super busy!
Vany and Matthias do a great job driving those scooters! I just do the directions 🙈🤣 (no joke!).
To end this great day we got some good street food - traditional (spicy) Tempeh and Nasi Goreng.

Surfen, Schwimmen, Strand und einfach Relaxen in der Hippie-Stadt Canggu - das Leben könnte schlimmer sein!
Am Strand von Canggu verbringen wir drei den Tag - Matthias surfte, Vany versuchte es auch und die verletzte Sophie genoss einfach das Wasser und die Sonne. Für eine kleine Pause von der Sonne und etwas Vitamin C zu Mittag gingen wir in ein süßes und stilvolles Café für ein Smoothie Bowl.
Schon bald war es Zeit zum Tempel Tanah Lot für den Sonnenuntergang aufzubrechen. Was für ein schönes Licht - der Tempel liegt direkt am Strand auf einer Insel. Perfekte Lage!
Nachdem die Sonne untergegangen war, fuhren wir zurück nach Uluwatu. Die Fahrt dauerte 1,5 Stunden und die Straßen von Bali waren super voll!
Vany und Matthias machen einen tollen Job beim Fahren dieser Roller! Ich mache nur das Navi 🙈🤣 (kein Witz!).
Zum Abschluss dieses großartigen Tages konsumierten wir noch ein gutes Straßenessen - traditionelles (scharfes) Tempeh und Nasi Goreng.Läs mer
