Pearl Harbour, Honolulu

The USS Missouri was an interesting place to visit, from the iconic "sailor kissing the nurse" statue to the huge artillery guns that had a range of 20 miles. The sailors that lived and worked here had very tight quarters as they battled in WWII, and the deck is famous for being the site where this war finally ended with the Allies, including Canada, signing to have peace with Japan.Weiterlesen
