From the highlands to the islands

On to the next leg of the road trip. We followed the Highland routes through passes and along lochs to the island of Skye.
We paused at Eileen Donnan Castle just before the bridge over to Skye. Then, a quick pit stop at Sligachan Bridge, which is just like any other bridge, really, then on to The Fairy pools, which were actually quite pretty, even in the mist.
Finally, we found a gold mine of a pub by the Talisker distilery on the banks of Loch Harport for an amazing bowl of Cullen skink. Yum! Czytaj więcej
