Edinburgh

Getting from Inverness to Edinburgh proved harder than we thought. Held up at roadworks for over an hour, There must have been three miles of cars on each side. Great fun when you're starving and dying for the loo.

Edinburgh is a beautiful city, gorgeous old building, pretty streets, cool shops and so many little alley ways or closes as they call them. Visited the Castle and the Cathedral, walked up and down the Royal Mile.

Took a ride on the Hop On Hop Off Bus, we needed a break from all the stairs and hills.
Toured Mary King's Close, which is an old street buried under the newer court buildings on the Royal Mile. Interesting and fun tour with a hilarious guide.Okumaya devam et
