Garradunga

Garradunga, population 142, is not so much of a town as a pub in the cane fields. Steve the publican has a huge field at the back of the pub for nomads. Steve is a very jocular publican and only too happy to give travel tips. His wife is a nurse and had spent the day in an Aboriginal community with 10 other nurses to give COVID vaccinations.
