Day 3 of the rodeo

Truth is, some of the events are cruel. I like the events where the horses look like they are loving the chase. Not so keen on bucking broncos or steer wrestling, the animals are clearly distressed. Interesting to see such a different lifestyle and way of being in the world. There are quite a few Aboriginal cowboys, but no Aboriginal women in the events. Lots of glamorous white girls in the barrel racing - $10,000 prize money. A mentoring program for young women and would be for reconciliation I reckon. They would just love to hear that suggestion from a bloody know all Easterner. 😂Baca lagi
