Son Trach/ Phong Nha

The village next to the Phong Nha Ke Bang Nationalpark is actually just one road with houses that are hostels, travel agencys or karaoke bars. I can't really recommend the hostel we stayed at: tanh phat hotel. Our bathroom had no glass in the window so .... And they sold us a overpriced tour to the paradiescave that was even more expensive than one from Hue!!!! So i would suggest booking from hue and not staying in that town! You can also start longer trips through the park from there!
The paradies cave itself is nice and bigger than expected! It is made for tourist groups to visit but we were lucky and it wasn't crowded at all. If we would have had more time i would have prefered to go to the dark cave because the swimming aspect would have been nice as well.Leer más
