It's been a long day travelling but relaxing and fun! The van carrying us to our destination has also broken down so we are waiting for replacement transport.

First day in the Accursed mountains! Waking up to amazing scenery. Today we walk to Theth waterfall, Nderlyse and the Blue eye of Kapre, a string of natural pools!

The 14 k hike was harder than anticipated and at 30 degrees very hot in places. The swim in the Blue Eyre pool was 5 degrees! Such a difference! As the photos testify I actually experienced the shockWeiterlesen

This was a tough trek! Steep climb to the Balvona Pass and the down a steep and, in places, a tricky descent,? Awesome adventure.
