Walking with Wisdom

The next morning , after Lah cooked breakfast over an open fire - he brought us to wear the elephants roam. Spent the day with them, and I don’t think my nervous system will ever be the same (in the best way).

We made medicine for them with plants from the land, walked alongside them through the jungle, played in the waterfall, and gave them giant sand scrubs. No chains. No commands. Just presence, trust, and time.

They were free to roam, babies tucked close to their mamas, moving at their own pace. Curious, gentle, playful. Truly just giant puppies — enormous dogs with souls as soft as their eyes.

Nothing forced. Nothing rushed. Just co-existing for a few hours with beings who carry so much wisdom in their quiet.
