Genova and the ferry

Riding from Aosta was quiet with not much traffic until I was close to Genova. I noticed a lot of flooded fields so there must have been recent rain. I was lucky.
I stopped and checked the gearbox oil as I forgot in the morning. It needed quite a lot. I also drained oil from the clutch as it had too much.
Arriving at the port was the usual fiasco. You go to a supermarket to check in but she just look at my phone and said go to the gate at 3 so I did. They said come back at 4 so I did. I check in and they said now you must wait until 7 before boarding. So I did and spent some time cleaning the bike. At 8 about twenty motorcycles boarded with me first. We left the port and will arrive in Palermo 45 minutes late.
I'm not going to write about the experience with the food. Just assume it was awful.
