We decided to go back to the park, but follow our camp host's advice. We drove in VERY early. We were in the parking lot for avalanche lake at about 7:30. Parking was easy. The hike was listed at 4 miles, but was actually more like 5. The lake was crazy pretty. After the hike, we went to Sprague Creek picnic area and meet some Native People's doing a church picnic. We saw a grandmother beading a traditional outfit for a powwow. After that we hiked the Johns Lake/ McDonald Falls trail at 3 miles. Tires from all the walking, we ate at Eddie's. The food was amazing!Lue lisää
