Hiked North Kaibab trail

We hiked the North Kaibab trail down to Redstone bridge, 2150 ft below the rim. This is a 5.2 mile round trip that took > 4 hrs.
The mule tours also use this trail, so we had to deal with poop on the trail.
We saw a few runners that were doing the rim to rim to rim, which means they started on the south rim, ran to the north rim, then ran back to the south rim. That is insane.
Other were taking 3 days to hike from North Rim to South Rim.Meer informatie
