Camping between Ocean, road, and trains

San Elijo SP campground was stricked about not checking in before 2pm. We couldn't park at hotel hosting ultimate 50th anniversary and tournament parking wanted to charge us double ($20) because we were towing a trailer. So we found a park across the road from the campground and walked around until 2pm.
Our campsite is right by the road with train tracks on the other side of the road. Trains come through regularly and blast their horns.
In the evening, we went to the 50th anniversary reception in the courtyard of the hotel. We only knew a handful of people there, but it was a very good time.Weiterlesen
