Italian holiday-ligurian coast

On our last night together we decided to have dinner in a very nice and local place in the hinterland behind Camogli.
We had an appetizer with:
fried Focaccia, fried mushrooms, “panissette”, figs, salami and canapé.
Then everyone took something different:
Me: lamb in barolo’sauce with baked potatoes and a glass of a red local wine (Colli di Lvni).
Philipp: pasta with yellow tomatoes, basil and burrata.
Daniel: pasta with mushrooms and tomato sauce.
Both of them drank the homemade beer.
All of us took the dessert.
But the real thing was the two rounds of “digestivo”/liquor poured directly in our mouths by the almighty hand of the waiter from above.
On our way back home, it was raining a lot (almost like the liquor was raining in our throats few minutes before) and that was the moment we finally met 3 wild boars standing in front of our car, fearless.Weiterlesen
