First day in Vancouver, Deep Cove and sea food

Day one in Vancouver has been just as busy as every other day of ours.

We took advantage of our last day with the car by driving out to a beautiful coastal town called Deep Cove. If you've watched the film "Remarkably Bright Creatures" then that's exactly where we were! If you haven't watched it, you should, it's on Netflix and really good.

At Deep Cove, we took out a two person kayak and travelled out to some tiny beautiful beaches and got to meet some seals along the way!

After that, we drove back into the city to meet Ella's friend Alanna for dinner. Alanna is Ella's mate from Ireland, who she met when they both studied in Austin! Alanna is now living in Vancouver and is letting us stay at her place (thanks Alanna).
