Stunning Salt pans and a hidden cave

We continued our Gozo journey with a visit to the salt pans. The wind had sculpted the rocks and it felt like a moonscape. We had a lovely waterside lunch and then visited a cave which was found by a man digging a well. We were shown around by his grandson for the grand fee of €5.
Joseoh was his usual fearless self but being 7m underground down the smallest spiral staircase I have ever seen gave the rest of us a bit of a wobble!Read more
