Fontaine de Vaucluse

We stopped at Lagnes for drink first thing, onto Fontaine de vaucluse. The source of the river is a vast underground network rainwater from snow melt from Mount Ventoux, Vaucluse, the Albion plateau, and Lure Mountain a catchment area of over 1240km2. The spring is the largest in france and most powerful in the world in terms of its output of water. We also visited the paper mill and other museums before heading onto L,isle sur la sorgue.Read more
