I do not recommend visiting Cartagena. The best thing to see are the animals at the gift shop in the port. The tour guide said there are a lot of Venezuelas that are illegally in Columbia causing issues. I think San Juan is a much better city to visit. San Juan has a Starbucks! :)Read more
