Termas Del Plomo

This lake is man made and is the drinking water for Santiago. The last picture shows what the water looks like in town. The guide said the river water in town is polluted with toxic minerals. There as been a lot of mining in the area so I am guessing heavy metals have been leached out of the mine tailings.

There is a large mine here and the trucks carry 50 to 75 thousands dollars of ore per truck.Læs mere
