    This is a fort complex with a church, and the fort was never successfully siege. Almost all the buildings in Prague where built 500 years ago and Prague was not damage during World War II, so there are very few new buildings.Read more

  • Karlštejn Castle

    Karlštejn Castle was founded in 1348 by the Charles IV, King of Bohemia and Holy Roman Emperor as his private residence and a place of safekeeping royal treasures, especially his collections of holy relics and the Imperial Crown Jewels. The castle was much more impressive from the outside then the inside. The castle was abandoned for a number of years then the outside was restored. The information on the tour indicated that all the trees around the castle during its time had been cut down for firewood or construction. And apparently owning camels is a thing around Prague.Read more

    I am officially churched out, there are just to many of these churches to see in Europe. On the last picture, that is the most confessions booths I have seen in one church. Is Prague known as the sin capital of Europe?Read more

  • Spots Around Prauge

    1 This is a TV antenna that also have a viewing platform.
    2 This is a funicular track they where upgrading.
    3 This is a brand new church they are building which has not open yet. There are so many churches I was surprised to see one being built and it I think it was a Catholic Church.
    4 This was a park with benches and an amazing view of Prague.
    5 This was a rose garden I came across and thought to me self "If I had a rose garden, I bet it would look like this one."
