Take two

We booked our hotel in Hanoi on Hotwire using the mystery hotel, which was very cheap. With hindsight, it was a bit of a risk as you don't know what you get.

We arrived at the hotel, it looked ok and the host was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, apart from the shower that was broken it was fine until we tried to sleep. It turns out sleeping on the second floor is very noisy as you hear everything the next door neighbors do plus the street noise.

As soon as we woke up we asked if they had a better room and luckily they had one on the 5th floor, lets hope tonight is more peaceful.
