    Bike Rental-Philosopher's Path

    May 20, 2024 in Japan ⋅ ☁️ 75 °F

If it's not already obvious, our happy place is on two-wheelers. We rented bikes on our own to enjoy more of the Kamogawa River and surrounding neighborhoods. Made a last minute decision to find the Philosopher's Path. It wasn't a big surprise to find many tourists there, but we could still appreciate its beauty. I can only imagine how gorgeous it is during cherry blossom season.

Kyoto is filled with green walkways. We parked our bikes and walked on a different footpath near the Philosopher's Path and saw locals having lunch on shaded benches.
