Rome Day 2

Unfortunately, the pasta dinner from last night came back to bite Matt and he ended up getting food poisoning in the middle of the night. We had tickets to get an early entry into the Pantheon this morning but missed it. As he was out of commission, Dayna had a solo adventure, visiting the Villa Borghese, and later walked over to the Pantheon to get a glimpse of its exterior.

Matt later rallied and we walked all the way to the Castel Sant'Angelo, stopping at the Pantheon and Piazza Navona along the way. We also got our first glimpse of St Peter's Square, which we will be visiting tomorrow!Read more
