We decided to try a chocolate experience in the afternoon which was just across our square.

Michael, noticing our polite but poor attempts at paying attention, decided to focus on feeding us.

We were asked to guess the contents of each jar based on blinded samples.

A daring tasting menu! Some misses, but more hits. Crab ball.

Dessert was actually the best course. This is basil, cacao, lemongrass and rice. Not too sweet.

Yapa!

Yapa is my new favourite Spanish word. That's not saying a lot because my Spanish vocabulary is limited to Dora the Explorer phrases. Can you say Yapa?
So yapa kinda means bonus freebie. If you buy a bag of oranges and they chuck in an extra orange then that's your yapa.
