Working the Machine

We'd both been on a decent healthy living stint leading into this trip. A week in and we were both feeling the effects of input being greater than output despite our outdoor excursions. Today was a chance to rev the engine a bit in a stunning setting of the only glacial subtropical mountainside in the world.
