Day 3- Off to the Bayou, and some BBQ

We head out of Nashville for Memphis to see what all this hype is about with Memphis BBQ. We're NC boys so I think we can be good judges of that.
We stop at Memphis BBQ Company that actually is in Mississippi. They are only the TV show BBQ pitmaster. I would recommend this place. But if we had the time we would have liked to gone to a more local hole in the wall place. MBC had a chain restaurant feel to it but the BBQ was great and lots off it! But I would still say I like my NC BBQ better!
After stuffing our belly's with BBQ it was of to New Orleans.Baca lagi
