Tower of London/Bridge. Crown Jewels

We had a fabulous day visiting the Tower of London. Walking over the London bridge and the Tower Bridge. So cool to go to a real castle. Learn about the history and marvel at the gates, rooms, arches, turrets, staircases, bells, clocks, ravens, armour, swords, secrets, beheadings, politics, kings and queens of a Tower that spans nearly 1000 years.
Thought that no matter the amount of power bestowed on any human, it still ended with death - beheading being the preferred method, exile, torture or incarceration. Great !!
So thankful that we have the privilege to be known and loved by the Eternal and righteous King. 🙏
We saw the indescribably beautiful Crown Jewels 💎 they were spellbinding. I have never seen anything like it before. Spectacular. What a place!
Can only imagine how magnificent the Temple will be in the age to come! I can’t wait. ❤️
The Tower bridge was exceptionally beautiful. and such an honour to walk over its magnificence.
We had some delicious quiche for lunch then sat and watched a bit of the Aussie play tennis. Surreal to think Wimbledon was just down the road!

We trained it home then put on our best frock and headed out to see Phantom of the Opera at His Majesty’s Theatre. 🎭 A mezmarising performance with costumes that had so much attention to detail, colour and vibrancy. Fabulous singing.
