Napoleonic Road

Ww left Grenoble and travelled to Nice on the 200 mile long Napoleonic Road.

This is the route Napoleon and his supporters took as they marched from his landing point near Cannes to Grenoble, on his way back to Paris after his escape from exile on Elba in 1815.

It is yet another spectacular drive through the alps and valleys, with many hilltop towns along the way.Læs mere
