Ulverston

This was a really good day. We left Yew Tree Cottage and Coniston and made our way to Eskdale in the western Lakes District.

Our first stop was Ulverston, where we went to the Laurel & Hardy Museum which was good fun. Stan Laurel was born in Ulverston.

We then followed the Furness Peninsula along the coast road down to the bottom tip at Piel Island.Leggi altro
