TKM, that's alot of rain!

TKM stands for tristo kosmatih medvedov. Apparently Slovenians do not curse... So to remark on the soggy weather, I am using their expression which literally translates as “three hundred hairy bears”! And I mean every word! Despite the unrelenting rain, the area of the Julian Alps above lake Bled is really beautiful - we are in a small town called Zasip - and when the fog lifts, there is proof that we are indeed in the mountains!Read more
