📍 La Cambuse Public Beach

One of the "best kept secrets" of Mauritius, the beach was about a twenty-minute ride from Blue Bay. When we arrived, the long, wide stretch of white-sand beach was completely empty, giving it a raw and untouched charm. It was quite windy, with long stretches lined with casuarina trees. Even the trees had bent backwards permanently, shaped by constant strong winds over time.
