Day 2 Relaxin

Today Jamsey had a sleep in. We went to buffet breakfast and sampled everythingg. Then we went to snorkel cove and saw all the fishies. We explored port vila, got the lay of the land, got some toothpaste and went to all the shops, couldnt find the dive shop. We had lunch at Numbar one cafe and ordered the coveted New Zealand bass (frozen fish fingers) and Tusker beer. We then went back to the resort and had a cocktail in the pool. For dinner we had traditional Melanesian buffet with kava (mud water) and lap lap. There was a traditional music and dance. We learnt that once married the men would knock out a ladies front tooth to signal this girly is taken. (I think we will skip this tradition). Caitlin joined the unity dance.Read more
