Cradle Mt-Lake St Clair NP

We left a beginning storm to find a proper place for breakfast, and then, chasing good weather, headed strait to Cradle Mountain.
Here you need a shuttle bus with limited operation hours to do anything after 8am so we only made it for a few short walks this afternoon. But some beautiful ones for sure! And we finally saw alive wombats.
Hiding in the bush close to the visitor center, we stayed in the area at night, ready for the long hike the next morning.Read more
