TravelerWe did a 185 week before last - so nearly. There's one 200 later in the plan. It`d be easier, and more encouraging, to ask what doesn't hurt rather than what does at the longer distances. But we're getting the hang of it. Having a mindset of only a few breaks helps. We did 50/40/45/45 yesterday. I don't think you could do it without at least half a day of the weather cooperating. We'll see!
