    We were packed and out of the campsite by 7am so we could make it the 55k to Fil's Diner in western Ottawa to meet with Chris and Claire of the Canadian Nurses Foundation. We were pumped to hear more of the charity's work - the only national charity that supports nurses coast to coast - over a delicious breakfast to boot.
