Ride Day #47 - Chartown. to Cape Breton

We legged it 60km first thing from Charlottetown to the ferry on the east side of PEI and caught the ferry to YET ANOTHER PROVINCE: Nova Scotia. Then, upon arrival, we heaved it another 135km to Cape Breton. Having dad and the boys bring drinks with the truck really helped in heavy heat. We saw 38 degrees hang through the hottest part of the afternoon. With the distance, the heat, and the elevations, this day was an achievement in itself!Read more
