Gibraltar is a self-governing British Overseas Territory located at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, bordering Spain. Known for its strategic location, it has a population of approximately 30,000, uses the Gibraltar Pound (GBP), and has English as its official language, with Spanish and Llanito commonly spoken. Major attractions include the Rock of Gibraltar, Barbary macaques, and the Upper Rock Nature Reserve.
This morning, we needed to have an early start.
Right outside the cruiseport, we jumped on one of the many tour buses to go up the Rock of Gibraltar.
