Roma & Rolleston

We left Surat and drove through Roma, where we stopped for lunch. Not much available as it was after 12:00 midday and most of the shops except the supermarkets were closed. Grabbed a loaf and headed back to the caravan and found a spot by the side of the river where we had lunch. Arrived in Rolleston, which is close to the Carnarvon Gorge about 3:30. Planning a day trip tomorrow. That evening the weekly veggie truck pulled up at the side of the caravan park. We watched as he lifted the container off the truck and opened it up to what can only be explained as a god send in the middle of nowhere. He had all manner of produce.Read more
