Kanazawa to Nagano

We woke up in Kanazawa heading to an early onsen to freshen up. We then walked to the samurai district and headed up a shopping street hoping to find some delicious breakfast but it was all closed even though it was 10:00. After our leisurely stroll through the district we went back to the hotel and grabbed our half broken suitcases and walked on over to the train station. We hopped on a Shinkansen to Nagano which was an hour and a half. We then took a bus for half an hour and found our hotel. We then got prepared for an alkaline Roman bath/onsen which smelt like sulfur but was really good. We had an amazing dinner and after that we found a small bat flying around our floor and it scared our host so much but we managed to catch it and release it.
