Yellowstone - need to talk about food...

Our last night in Yellowstone staying at the Snow Lodge at Old Faithful.

We had table service at dinner in the Obsidian Restaurant. Highlight on the menu: Bison Burger.
A little weird having just seen a🦬 walking outside the restaurant 😳
But very tasty indeed

And over breakfast the next morning our new American friends finally managed to get us to try 'biscuits and gravy' - a American breakfast stable.

For the uninitiated (i.e. non-American) 'biscuits & gravy' needs a more in depth explanation ...
👆 The biscuit is similar to scones but much lighter and fluffier. More like a savoury sponge cake.
👆The gravy is a white sauce with or without sausage meat or mushrooms.

Well, let's just say that it's not my cup of tea 😬
