Anchorage to Cooper Landing

We are traveling with Terri and Bill, from Chicago. Laurie and Terri were friends in college. We stopped for a number of sights on our drive from Anchorage to Cooper Landing. At the Potter's Marsh boardwalk we had hoped to find a moose or two but found only people. Enjoyed a picnic lunch at Alyeska Resort, the only ski resort in Alaska. Very cool and wet and it's still snowing in the mountain peaks as seen in the mountains photo. Had a nice hike to Byron Glacier near Portage.
