    Denali - Day 1

    Today we rode the bus into Denali National Park. We saw moose, caribou, dahl sheep and a brief siting of a brown bear. Most of the animals were too far away to get a photo and there seemed to be less wildlife. We could only drive half the road due to the Polychrome landslide which is causing major road repairs. We also hiked around Horseshoe Lake which had lots of beaver sign... 9 dams and lots of spruce trees chewed down by beavers. Beautiful hike.Weiterlesen
