Up around 7.20am and walked from the apartment at Villefranche-de-Conflent in the Pyrénées-Orientales department of the Conflent French Catalonian region to the boulangerie with Yvonne and purchased bread and croissants. Cloudy but dry. We had breakfast around 8am and left the apartment at Villefranche-de-Conflent in the Pyrénées-Orientales department of the Conflent French Catalonian region around 9.40am. Crossed into Spain about 1 hour later and it started to rain lightly. Arrived Figueres in Spanish Catalonia around 11.15am. Incredibly difficult car parking station near the Dali museum. We had coffee and I took photos outside the Dali museum. Entered Teatro Museu Dali at 11.45am and left at 1.30pm. It contains a broad range of his work spanning the career of Salvador Dali (1904-1989). We had lunch at an Argentinan cafe restaurant very close to the museum.Read more
