Dinnner with Anne and Dominique

We were invited to have dinner with Anne and Dominique who live just off Rue Saint Denis. We spent a wonderful evening with them enjoying their drinks and food and hospitality on their rooftop deck. From the deck, we could see the top part of the Eiffel tower. During dinner we saw the tower all lit up. At 10pm the lights on the tower began flashing. We took the metro there and back and on the way passed the Porte Saint Denis which was built in one of the gates in the old fortifications of Paris. Czytaj więcej
