Last day in Croatia

Today was our last day in Croatia and just like all of our “last days” it was filled with errands, feeling sad that we have to leave and lapping in our last moments!

We had to say goodbye to our lovely Airbnb today and check into a hostel for our last night which was a bit sad and admin! We were able to leave our bags in reception before check in so we headed to the beach and enjoyed the beautiful sunshine! Once 2pm rolled around we made our way back to our hostel and checked into our room. Let’s just say I’m glad we are only spending one night here!

We had a bit of washing to do so headed off to find a laundromat. A pick me up was very much needed so Oakberry Acai was calling our names. It was the perfect cold treat we absolutely needed on this scorcher of a day! We wandered through a few more local shops whilst our clothes were drying before finding a spot on the waterfront to enjoy the last moments of sun the day had to offer us. We even caught a glimpse of a wedding that was happening right in town! What a place to get married! It was a perfect way to close off our time in Split.

We headed back to our accomodation had some sushi bowls we had prepped this morning and now we are tucked up in bed ready for our travel day to Athen tomorrow!! Woohooo Greece here we come!Läs mer
